In October 2014 I took over a neglected Victorian pub with my husband, an experienced hospitality professional. I developed the strategic positioning, branding and local outreach, resulting in increased frequentation and industry awards.
Relaunch a pub with a long and complex history to make it a welcoming and stimulating meeting place for locals. Create and manage all communications channels (website, Facebook, Mailchimp…). Animate the pub and generate word-of-mouth through a live music & film series, festivals and events.

The Cat’s Back: This is a gem of a pub, and more so over the past year with a good food menu and lighting. We been for some saturday food, and enjoyed the last two visits. They have a cinema evening and live music – it’s just an all-rounder pub.
